Cosmetics Injector Nurse

Anchor Health Medical Clinic is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic cosmetic Injector Nurse at its future location, Legacy, SE, Calgary, opening in early winter 2023. We are a Family Medical Clinic, with Medical Aesthetics Center.  The potential candidate should have at least two years of experience as a nurse injector.

Qualifications:

• Active  Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum two years experience in injecting Botox and Fillers
• Have successfully completed a neuromodulator training program from a recognized institute
• Current extended professional liability insurance

Medical Office Assistant

Anchor Health Medical Clinic is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Medical Office Assistant at its location in Copperfield, SE, Calgary. We are a Family Medical & Walk-in Clinic that offers a full range of care to our patients. The potential candidate should be fluent in using Med Access EMR and flexible to work on weekdays and weekends when needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Book appointments and follow-up with patients
• Clean and prepare the room for patients
• Scan and fax documents
• Send referrals to specialists
• Order labs and medical supplies
• Review online clinic surveys and respond
• Answer phone calls and messages
• Chart filing
• Maintain the safety of patients
• Billings and reconciliation

Network Technician

Seeking a network technician with strong skills in setting up a small business IT Network, VPN, access point and VOIP phone system.

Requirements:

• A technical certificate/ diploma through a recognized institution
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, network protocols (VPN, TCP/IP), routing protocols both for wired and wireless, DNS, DHCP etc
• Ability to do the network cabling (cat6), adding patch panel, attaching RJ45, keystone jacks and testing ports
• Ability to configure and setup the VOIP phone system
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of various networking technologies
